| Business Visa Requirements | Among APEC economies, only nationals from Russia, the People's Republic of China, and holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity, are required to apply for a visa prior to their arrival in Singapore. |
| APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) |
Singapore participates in the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Scheme.
In Singapore, ABTC holders are allowed to use the designated counters that are shared with citizens and permanent residents. ABTC holders are generally cleared for entry to Singapore (no separate application for an entry visa is necessary). Upon arrival, ABTC holders will be given at least 60 days stay upfront if they satisfy Singapore's basic entry requirements and the ABTC presented for clearance is valid for Singapore.
Applications for the card are processed by the passport holder's home government. Eligibility criteria for the card vary between economies, and business people should contact their home government for details.
